The Problem
A school group with data everywhere and insight nowhere. An international school group was operating across multiple campuses with fragmented student data spread across disconnected systems. Leadership was making decisions on instinct rather than evidence. Reporting took days. No single view of performance existed.
Our Approach
Infrastructure first. Insight second. We began by mapping every data source across the group — admissions, academic, operational — and diagnosing where information broke down. We then designed and built a unified data infrastructure with an analytics layer on top, working alongside their team throughout implementation.
What We Built
A platform that runs without us.A centralised data platform giving leadership a live view of student outcomes, operational performance, and campus-level trends. Built with internal adoption in mind — the team owns it completely. The underlying architecture became the foundation for our Institutional Intelligence product.
Outcome
For the first time, we could see the whole group in one place. Decisions that used to take a week of back-and-forth now take an afternoon.

The Problem
Accountability that lived on clipboards.A facilities management operation was running compliance and rounds processes entirely on paper and spreadsheets. Audits were stressful. Accountability gaps were only visible after incidents. There was no reliable record of what had been done, when, or by whom.
Our Approach
Understand the workflow before touching the software. We spent time on the ground with facilities teams — understanding how rounds actually worked, where the friction was, what they needed to feel confident rather than covered. The design came from those conversations, not from assumptions about what an operations platform should look like.
What We Built
A platform that made accountability feel natural.A compliance and operational accountability platform that facilities teams actually wanted to use. Digital rounds, real-time visibility, audit trails that required no extra effort to maintain. The system became the basis for Rounds — now available as a standalone product.
Outcome
Compliance reporting time reduced significantly. More importantly, the team stopped dreading audits — because the evidence was already there, structured and ready.

The Problem
A strong product that couldn't explain itself.A financial platform had built genuinely good infrastructure but was struggling to communicate what made it different. The product was ahead of the market. The narrative wasn't. Prospects didn't understand the value quickly enough, and the brand had no coherent architecture to build from.
Our Approach
Find the true story, then build the system around it.We started with deep listening — to the founding team, to customers, to the market. The real differentiation was already there; it just hadn't been articulated. We developed a narrative architecture that named what the company actually stood for, then built a brand system that could carry that across every touchpoint.
What We Built
Language the company could actually own.A complete brand system: positioning framework, narrative architecture, messaging hierarchy, and visual identity guidelines. Delivered as a living document the team could use independently — not a PDF that would be outdated in six months.
Outcome
The company entered a rebrand with a clear strategic foundation rather than starting from aesthetics. The narrative now leads every conversation — with investors, partners, and customers.
